DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING
When designing the condenser the focus has been on a combination of low operating weight and high rigidity. Condensers are built in heavy steel sheets with antirusting treatment and galvanized steel sheets.
The condenser has two parts: one where the serpentine, nozzles for water distribution and fluid collectors are and another for tank and water pump. The whole structure is compact, making it easy to install and highly effective.
All parts are easy to maintain, not being necessary desassemble any door, lid or structure to access to them. The water tank has the dimensions to store the volume required by the equipment. No extra tank is necessary. The serpentine is make of steel pipe of 50 kg/cm2 of resistance, bent in cold and later galvanized by bathing them in hot zinc, tested to 25 kg/cm2.
The serpentines can be divided into one, two or more parts for different condensing circuits, with one part for water cooling of compressors, eliminating formation of incrustations in water system. Where room temperature is below water freezing temperature, it is imposible to add antifreezing liquids into the system such as glicoles.
The water distribution system has no-plugging nozzles on zinc antirusting collectors, distributing the amount of water required to keep the therrmic exchange surface constantly wet. The water distribution system does not need any adjustment. The section of drop eliminators is built rigidly in galvanized steel sheets entirely. Its location no the upper part of the equipment allows easy reach to nozzle
The forcers are axial type, assembled on the water deposit, easy to reach on floor level. The electric motors are 100% pretected against water or dust.
The water tank in heavy steel sheet is rust protected with zinc. The water level is constant by a high pressure floating valve. A suction filter makes it impossible for particles to be impulsed by the pump towards the nozzles. There is emptying conection, continum water purge and purge by stopping the equipment.
The water pump is monoblock type, 100% shielded, joined to the water trank by a pass valve.
