PLATES
Freezing
by contact on freezing plates is an ideal system for food industry, especially
for big quantities of product in regular shapes and sizes.
Goods freeze quickly keeping flavour and quality as web as are vitamins
highly preserved. The manufacturing standard consists in two models, one
for land plants (CPA) and another for marine installations (CPB). All
plates are aluminium and surface on both sides of plates is effective
for freezing, height varyin from 50 to 100 mm:

The freezing plates are made of aluminium, with hydraulic device, zink metallic structure. The equipment is prepared to connect to amonia cold storage plants.
