EVAPORATORS

Our evaporators are designed to work in amonia flooded or recirculating systems. However, they can be assembled on ammonia thermostatic systems and fluorade refrigerants. Also antifreezing liquids, being that the case we recommend consultation to specify their capacity.

Manufacturing standards make it possible to select the space between fins in order to obtain maximun efficiency.
160 fins per metre: for temperature chambers above 5°C with low percentage of humidity
125 fins per metre: for temperature chambers of aprox. 0°C, where defreezing takes place every day or every two days
100 fins per metre: for médium temperature chambers, where defreezing takes place once every day
80 fins per metre: specially designed for very low temperature, such as freezing tunnels where defreezing takes place more than once a day


General Information

Evaporators are manufactured with aluminium pipes and fins, hydraulic expanded, wielded under inert gas atmosphere. In and out refrigerant collectors in aluminium. By order, it can be with steel pipes and fins. All the equipment is galvanized by zink immersion. Cabinets are galvanized steel. Trays for defreezing and water collectors in galbanized steel. In case defreezing is by hot gas, the trays have warming serpentines. Fans are axial, assembled on shielded motors type IP-55.
