LIQUID COOLER

Liquid cooler type EG is a cooler type casing and tube. Its operating system can work flooded. It can also work with adaptations in liquid recirculation.
Refrigerant supply is controlled by a level control and solenoid valve of liquid. The liquid is pushed through the tubes and the evaporation of refrigerant takes place in the exterior of the tubes.
Above the body of the tubular bundle a horizontal particle separator is placed to separate any liquid particles which could be dragged to the compressor suction.
When working with Freon 22, oil rectifier should be added to be eliminated inside the heat interchanger.
The cooler has been designed to cool water, brine or antifreezing solutions, which circulate incide he tubes.
For low additional price, the cooler can come with insulation, extra valves, automatization, electric board to control and authority approval.
The casing and tubes are made of high quality steel to endure pressure.

Internal and external surface of tubes are smooth walls which are welded to the tube carrier plates.
One or both water lids have in-out connections for water or solution, depending on the process, being the lids detachable for easy inspection and maintenance.

Within these lids there are subdivisions which provide the interchanger the right number of steps for each plant, varying between 2 and 16 steps. We suggest contacting us for the selection of the cooler which best suits your needs.
The liquid separator is built in a standard size, smaller than the casing. It can be modified for particular cases.
The standard building is specified for only one tubular bundle and one particle separator. It is possible to build two tubular bundles and one particle separator
